Once upon a time (2003)... we built a new home.
Our craftsman bungalow, made with handmade bricks and amazing details, is on a historic, tree-lined street in our hometown. It has hosted days of celebration, learning, mourning, even the wonderful arrival of our youngest child! What a blessing to call this house our home.

Brent built this amazing table in the craft room. It is perfect for sewing, scrapbooking, wrapping, invitation making, photo editing... so many fun projects!
Although we had planned to live in this house for 40 years, God knew that it was only a chapter in our story. In order to raise our family in green pastures, we have to seek shelter elsewhere. So, we say good bye to our dream house, to pursue another dream. And we trust that God will use this house to bless others in the future. He is so amazing that way.
Thanks for visiting.

What a beautiful home! I know how hard it is to leave a home that you have hand picked yourself and is full of wonderful memories. You have a great attitude on what is in store for your sweet family and the next chapter. I wish you the best of luck on your move and what lies ahead!
There have been sweet times here friend, and I count myself blessed to have been a part of so many of them. But you are right there will be greener pastures and He will see to it that you have a wonderful new dream house wherever that may be. Thank you for this morning, bittersweet but a treasure none the less, as are you!
Much love my friend,
Tiffany
